This is a full release of the Dell Support Center application which contains fixes for issues experienced in the Dell Support Center version 2.1.08060 or lower.

If you already have version 2.2.08100 or greater you don't need this patch. In order to check which version of Dell Support Center you have installed, do the following:
- Click on "Start" menu button (lower left hand corner of window)
- Click on "All Programs"
- Click on "Dell Support Center"
- Click on "About Dell Support Center" to display the version

If you have an earlier version than 2.2.08100, you will need to remove it first prior to downloading and installing this version. That can be done by:

- Click on "Start" menu button (lower left hand corner of window)
- Click on "Control Panel"
- Click on "Add\Remove" programs
- Select entry for Dell Support Center
- Click "Uninstall"

Téléchargement

1. Cliquez sur Télécharger maintenant pour télécharger le fichier.
2. Lorsque la fenêtre de téléchargement de fichier apparaît, cliquez sur Enregistrer le programme sur le disque (les utilisateurs de Windows XP doivent cliquer sur Enregistrer), puis cliquez sur OK. La fenêtre Enregistrer dans : s'affiche.
3. Dans le champ Enregistrer dans :, cliquez sur la flèche vers le bas, sélectionnez Bureau, puis cliquez sur Enregistrer. Le fichier se télécharge sur votre bureau.
4. Si la boîte de dialogue Téléchargement terminé s'affiche, cliquez sur Fermer. L'icône du fichier apparaît sur votre bureau.

Installation

1. Double-cliquez sur la nouvelle icône apparaissant sur votre bureau. Elle porte par exemple le nom « R12345.EXE ».
2. La fenêtre d'extraction automatique apparaît et vous invite à extraire ou décompresser le fichier vers C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R12345.EXE. (Exemple de chemin). Notez bien ce chemin de façon à pouvoir retrouver le fichier exécutable (par exemple « Setup.exe ») ultérieurement.
3. La fenêtre du programme d'extraction automatique apparaît.
4. Cliquez sur OK.
5. Une fois l'extraction du fichier terminée, fermez la fenêtre du programme d'extraction automatique si celle-ci est toujours ouverte.
6. Cliquez sur le bouton Démarrer, puis sur Exécuter.
7. Entrez C:\DELL\DRIVERS\R12345 dans le champ Ouvrir, puis cliquez sur OK.
8. Suivez les instructions d'installation à l'écran.
