Die Leasingraten, Sonder- und Schlusszahlungen berechnen sich nach den Anschaffungskosten des Leasingobjektes, dem gültigen Steuer- und Abgaberecht, der Verwaltungspraxis, der Geld- und Kapitalmarktlage. Ändern sich diese Daten bis zur Abnahme des Leasingobjektes, werden die Leasingzahlungen entsprechend angepasst. Ein Leasingvertrag kommt mit Annahme des Angebots durch Dell Capital Services (positive kreditorische Prüfung vorbehalten) zustande. Dell Capital Services ist ein Programm der Disko Leasing GmbH, die zum Bereich GE Capital gehört. Gültig bis 31.05.2012.

Die Nutzung des Equipments steht im Vordergrund. Unser KomfortLease bietet Ihnen hohe Flexibilität und niedrige Raten. Der Abschluss des Leasingvertrages erfolgt auf unbestimmte Zeit. Eine Kündigung ist mit einer Frist von 3 Monaten nach 32, 36 und 40 Monaten Laufzeit, danach monatlich möglich. Nach Kündigung haben Sie folgende Möglichkeiten: Kauf zum dann gültigen Marktwert zzgl. gesetzl. USt oder einfache Rückgabe an Dell Capital Services. Wir übernehmen das Entsorgungsrisiko für Sie.
