Removing the Memory and Mini-Card Cover

Pre-Removal Instructions
  1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Tablet-PC.
  2. Remove the battery from the Tablet-PC.

  1. Loosen the two captive screws on the memory and mini-card cover.

Loosen the two captive screws on the access panel.

  1. Tilt the cover towards the front of the Tablet-PC.

Tilt the access panel towards the front of the system.

  1. Lift the cover at an angle, and remove from the Tablet-PC.

Lift the access panel at an angle, and remove from the system.

Complete

 

Replacing the Memory and Mini-Card Cover

  1. Insert the tabs of the memory and mini-card cover into the slots of the base.
  2. Rotate the cover down and into place.
  3. Tighten the two captive screws on the memory and mini-card cover.
  4. Install the battery. See Replacing the Main Battery.
