How is my Estimated Delivery Date calculated?
Your Estimated Delivery Date is based on 3 things. More
Who will deliver my order?
Your delivery company will be shown on our OrderStatus page, once your order has reached step 5 of our process. More
What time will my order arrive?
Most deliveries are made between 9 am and 5:30 pm on a working day. More
Can I change my delivery address?
For security reasons it’s not possible to change the delivery address of your Dell order. More
Can my order be delivered to my neighbour?
For security reasons it’s not possible to change the delivery address of your order – not even to a neighbour’s house. More
What will happen if I’m not there to take delivery?
If no one is available the delivery company will leave a card inviting you to call a local number and re-arrange the delivery. More
