QHow can I Return my Dell Order?

If you bought a Dell Tablet /Cell phone with Dell and wish to return it, please call us on +44-844-444-3244.

For other products, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery if you want to return a product - and we will arrange for it to be collected.

A charge will be payable to cover the cost of collection – but we will simply deduct this from your refund.

The cost of collection varies depending on the product being returned, however as a guide:

  • This Return Policy only applies to Home customers
  • No charge will apply if your are returning the product because it arrived damaged (or was the wrong order)
