All service plan options apply to products purchased through Dell's Home and Home Office segment.
Please refer to your invoice to verify which of these service contracts is applicable to you.

The following documents will supplement the terms and conditions of Dell's standard invoice Terms and conditions of sale.

Basic Service Plans for Dell Branded PCs

The terms and conditions of the Dell's Basic Service Plans are set out below and apply during the term of the service plan. This plan includes a minimum of 12 months of coverage. Please refer to your invoice to verify your service plan.

Advanced Service Plans for Dell Branded PCs

The terms and conditions of Dell's Advanced Service Plans are set out below and apply during the term of the service plan. This plan offers additional services not included in the Basic Service Plan. All Advanced Service Plans come with Dell's In-Home Repair Service after Remote Diagnosis. Please refer to your invoice to verify your service plan.

Premium Service Plans for Dell Branded PCs

The terms and conditions of the Dell's Premium Service Plans are set out below and apply during the term of the service plan. These plans offer additional services not offered in the Basic or Advanced Service Plans. All Premium Service Plans come with Dell's In-Home Repair Service after Remote Diagnosis. Please refer to your invoice to verify your service plan.

Solution Station Service Agreements for Dell Branded and Non-Dell Branded Products

Dell sells a number of service contracts for services designed to keep you up and running with your Dell branded and / or non-Dell branded PC. These services provide extra support for those complex challenges that are tough to resolve on your own and not covered by one of Dell's Service Plans. Included in this list are service contracts with third parties, which are sold to you by Dell.

The Smart Selection program offers selected systems that are available for delivery in 2 business days (Excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Bank holidays) following the date of payment clearance. Delivery estimate of 2 Business days is for UK mainland only, please allow 2-3 extra days for deliveries to Northern Ireland and UK Islands. Any delivery dates specified are estimates and delivery within 2 business days of payment clearance is NOT guaranteed. Delivery times of Dell products are subject to availability of systems and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside Dell's control.
